The sunda colugo is a nocturnal mammal that originates from the rainforests of Southeast Asia. Though perched on trees most of the day, their “patagium”, a skin membrane stretching from neck to toes, allows them to glide distances over 100 metres long, making them the most proficient gliding mammal in the world!
